Reflexology and Iridology in North Derbyshire & South Yorkshire

I have been interested in holistic medicine and intrigued by reflexology for about 20 years. Six years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent the usual cancer treatment. But I knew instinctively that I needed something more. During this time I had the opportunity to have various complementary therapies on a cancer support programme. I was so impressed with how reflexology helped me to cope during this time that I determined that I would become a reflexologist. That decision was life-changing and has taken me to where I never thought I would be.

My outlook now takes in the holistic attitude of the body-mind-spirit and the importance of positivity with regard to health and wellbeing - something which I think reflexology establishes within its aim to achieve homeostasis (balance).

Reflexology and its philosophy led me to the views and beliefs of many people whom I have come to admire and regard: Deepack Chopra, Lori Forsyth, Richard Gerber, Louise L Hay, James Lovelock, Candace Pert PhD, Dr Brian Weiss, and many others. It also opened up the wonderful world of Vibrational Medicine which, I am convinced, will be the way forward for health and wellbeing.

I am lucky enough to practice in a lovely part of England. My practices are in the thriving market town of Bakewell in North Derbyshire, set in the beautiful Peak District, and in Sheffield in South Yorkshire, which is a vibrant university city with some of the worlds most famous teaching hospitals and which boasts some magnificent green areas withing the city boundaries.
